LARRY KREIDER, after serving as senior pastor of a cell church in Pennsylvania for 15 years, currently serves as International Director of DOVE Christian Fellowship International, a network of cell-based and house (micro) churches scattered throughout five continents. He has spent more than two decades training Christian leaders nationally and internationally to become spiritual mentors and to make disciples within the cell group and house-church movement. He has written several books, including House to House, The Cry for Spiritual Fathers & Mothers, House Church Networks, The Biblical Role of Elders for Today's Church and Hearing God. He and his wife, LaVerne, have been married 35 years, have four children, three grandchildren and live in Lititz, PA
FLOYD MCCLUNG as until recently the senior pastor of Metro Fellowship, a growing church in Kansas City, MO, and is now the international director of All Nations, an international network of church-planting teams and partner churches and ministries. All Nations has long-term church-planting teams in 15 different countries and conducts specialized leadership and discipleship seminars. Floyd has spoken on more than 100 college and university campuses and in 125 countries and is author of 12 books, including the best-selling books The Father Heart of God and Living on the Devil's Doorstep. Floyd's work has been written about in Time Magazine and covered by CBS and BBC. He is in demand as a conference speaker around the nation and around the world. Floyd and Sally live in Cape Town, South Africa where All Nations is now based, and where they lead an outreach and training community.
