I added two different items to my shopping cart and when it came to the ordering part, it only showed the last product that I ordered.

How do I place an order?

Answer: There are several steps involved in order to make sure that your order is entered correctly.
The number one rule is that your order is not finished until you click the "finish" button.


1. The “buy now” button adds your selection to your Shopping Cart and shows you your shopping cart. At this point you have the option of continuing shopping or processing order. Important: at this point use the “continue shopping” button not the “back” button on your browser, if you want to continue shopping.


2. When you process your order by hitting the “process order” button you
are taken to the Billing & Shipping page. Here please enter all pertinent information. Make sure you fill out the required fields marked with a “*”. Select a processing type on the bottom of the page. When you are done hit the “continue” button. If you have missed a field, you will get a “sorry” message. If you get this message use the “back” button on the screen, not the back button on your browser.


3. After the billing and shipping page you get to the Your Shopping Cart page. Please check over your order and enter your credit card information. To continue, hit the continue button. To remove an item from your cart, take the check mark out of the box. You can also change quantities, but please “recalculate” after either of these operations. Enter your credit card information and hit “continue”.


4. On the Order Confirmation page please check over all your order information and make any changes using the “change” button. If every is correct your last step is the “finish” button. Your order is now placed and you are given a “printable” copy of your order. Please print this copy for your records.

How much does it cost for shipping?


Answer: 
Standard shipping charges for the Continental U.S. are as follows:

under $15.00-------------------------- $ 4.95

$15.00 to $34.99--------------------- $ 5.95

$35.00 to $64.99--------------------- $ 6.95

over $65.00--------------------------- $ 7.95

Expedited shipping is available starting at $10.95. This is either ground or USPS Priority. If you need overnight or 2nd day, rates start at $15.00 and are quoted on an individual basis. Please call.


Non Continental U.S. orders will be quoted shipping & handling and require a
credit card. Media (books and videos) can be shipped to all U.S. destinations at
the standard shipping rates but to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Possessions &
Territories, we do recommend Expedited shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

Answer: Most orders are shipped in 1- 4 days. If there is any problem or delay with your order we will contact you.


How long before I receive my order?

Answer: Most book and bible orders are shipped "USPS Media Mail". USPS Media Mail delivery times are a little inconsistent. Most shipments are delivered within 3 to 10 days of ship date (our statistics show an average delivery time of 6 days, west coast shipments usually take the longest), however, occasionally USPS takes more than two weeks to deliver a shipment.


If you need your order in a certain time frame, please let us know in the "comment field" when placing your order or call Customer Service at 608-723-5867. We can give you a quote on an alternate method to insure you receive your order when you need it.! Many cases for just a couple of dollars more.

Can you express ship, for example, federal express or ups express?


Answer: We can ship via all the the carriers, UPS, USPS, FED EX ... If you need your order right away, please let us know. Send us a
message, enter a comment with your order or call  Customer Service at 608-723-5867.

How do I check on my order?

Are there any quantity
discounts available?

Answer: Yes, there are instances where we can give additional discounts.
Please inquire with customer service. We can also be flexible with churches or
other organizations regarding payment terms.  Send us a email at custserv@booksofthebible.com or call 608-723-5867 and ask for Ext. 100.

What is our return policy?

Answer: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also reimburse the return shipping costs if
the return is a result of our error, up to the amount of our standard shipping
charges. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.


Partial refunds: Any item that is not in its original condition, not in it's
original product packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due
to our error: up to 50% of item's price.


Some items (such as Supplements) are not returnable.


A return authorization is required for all returns. Please call Customer Service
at 608-723-5867 to request a return authorization number.

What is our order cancellation policy?

Answer: If the order is still pending, there is no fee to cancel an item.

If the order has been processed and the credit card has been charged, then a service fee will be deducted off the credit.

This fee will be 5% of total amount charged and refunded, with a Minimum $10.00 Fee

This fee covers both the fees we incur when we charge and then credit a cancelled order.

If an order has been processed and packed to ship, it may not be possible to cancel that order.
